Steriswab™ premoistened (qty: 250)
Steriswab premoistened swabs is designed for sampling of critical surfaces including:
- Nozzles and equipment in sterile production units in hospitals
- Pharmaceutical manufacture
- Surveillance of clean and food contact surfaces in food manufacturing
Steriswabs have a rayon bud with a blue plastic shaft and have been pre-moistened with a sterile phosphate buffer. This improves the recovery of any microorganisms from test surfaces, even if there are low levels of microorganisms present.
Steriswabs also have a 45mm breakpoint allowing the swabs to be readily transferred to other systems.
